MIAX to List SpaceX Options After Stock Hits $3 Trillion Valuation
MIAX•MIAX plans to begin trading SpaceX options contracts early next week, joining Cboe and Nasdaq as SpaceX’s stock value surged by 17% to nearly $3 trillion after its record IPO. The options listing coincides with SpaceX’s formal takeover of AI coding startup Cursor in a $60 billion deal.

SpaceX has formally agreed to acquire AI coding startup Cursor in a transaction valuing Cursor at $60 billion, with investors set to receive SpaceX shares based on the implied equity value of the startup.
