Microsoft announces publication of audited financial report
MSFT•Deloitte & Touche issued an unqualified audit opinion on Microsoft’s consolidated financial statements for the three years ended June 30, 2026. The report was dated July 29, 2026, with retrospective adjustments dated October 28, 2026.
1. Audit findings
Deloitte & Touche said the statements presented fairly, in all material respects, Microsoft’s financial position, operating results and cash flows under US GAAP. Critical audit matters included revenue recognition judgments for customer agreements and uncertain tax positions tied to unresolved IRS transfer pricing issues.
