MSFT•Microsoft is reportedly offering voluntary buyouts to around 60,000 employees. Eligible staff in participating teams in Canada, India, the United Kingdom and the United States at level 70 and below can apply.

The offer will affect teams in AI experiences, Copilot, finance, human resources, Xbox and Windows + Devices, while excluding marketing, commercial business and security, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters. Microsoft said the time-limited program is voluntary and builds on insights from a previous voluntary retirement program.
