JPMorgan strategist Samik Chatterjee projects data center capital expenditures for the top four U.S. cloud providers to jump 63% in 2026, adding over $200 billion as hyperscalers ramp AI infrastructure spending.

The forecast extends into 2027 with a projected 40% increase, equating to an additional $210 billion in spending that would set a new annual record for hyperscalers.
3. Microsoft-Specific Plans
