Microsoft will demonstrate AI-powered public services focused on personalization, workforce decision-making and resilient government operations. Executives are scheduled to speak on November 3 about AI agents in city services, workforce productivity and Tampere's city experience assistant; more than 20 theater sessions will include Abu Dhabi's AI government blueprint and Tampere's smart city model on November 4.
