Microsoft Unveils Maia 200 AI Chip Delivering 10 Petaflops for Inference Efficiency
Microsoft has launched the Maia 200 AI inference chip with over 100 billion transistors delivering 10 petaflops of 4-bit and 5 petaflops of 8-bit performance to optimize inference workloads. The chip is now available in U.S. data centers to fuel Copilot and Superintelligence models.
