MicroVision grants 674,536 RSUs to new chief commercial officer under inducement plan
MVIS•RSU awards granted to new executives
MicroVision granted 674,536 restricted stock units to Chief Commercial Officer James Byun as an employment award on Sept. 2, 2026.
New Chief Financial Officer Christine Chambers received 562,114 restricted stock units under the same award arrangement.
Both RSU grants vest over four years, with 25% vesting on each anniversary of the executives’ start dates, subject to continued service.
The awards are issued under MicroVision’s 2025 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan, as amended.
