Micware Rings Nasdaq Closing Bell and Launches ADS Trading on May 14
MWC•Micware’s ADSs began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on May 14, 2026, and CEO Kenji Narushima rang the Nasdaq closing bell on June 8 to commemorate the listing. The new listing will underpin investments in software-defined vehicles, advanced digital mapping and the proprietary in-vehicle infotainment platform, leveraging its 600 employees worldwide.
1. Nasdaq Listing Celebration
Micware founder and CEO Kenji Narushima rang the Nasdaq closing bell on June 8 to mark the company’s Nasdaq Global Market listing, following the start of ADS trading on May 14, 2026.
2. Strategic Investments in Automotive Software
The new listing is expected to fund continued investment in software-defined vehicles, advanced digital mapping and a proprietary in-vehicle infotainment platform, strengthening Micware’s position in the automotive software sector.
3. Global Workforce and OEM Partnerships
Founded in Kobe in 2003, Micware employs approximately 600 staff across Japan, the United States, Germany and Thailand, and is ranked ninth among Japan-based Tier 1 IVI suppliers, working with major OEMs including Toyota and Honda.
