- Mid-America Apartment Communities will redeem all outstanding 8.50% Series I Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for cash on Oct. 1, 2026.
- Redemption price is set at $50 per share, plus unpaid accrued dividends through the redemption date.
- The full quarterly dividend of $1.0625 per share will be payable Sept. 30, 2026, to holders of record Sept. 15, 2026.
- The redemption is expected to be funded with proceeds from settlement of a forward sale agreement under its ATM equity offering program.
