BANGKOK, Sept 15 (Reuters) - Disruption to liquefied natural gas supply from the Middle East will be short term and the region has a long history of reliability and of providing additional supply at times of crisis, an ExxonMobil executive said on Tuesday.
"We're in a situation today which we believe is short-term in nature ... but you'll come back to the importance of where the Middle East sits in the long term, and that, from our perspective, has not changed," Andrew Barry, chairman of LNG market development at ExxonMobil, said at an industry event in Bangkok.
