Milestone Pharma enrolls first European patient in Phase 3 etripamil trial for AFib-RVR
MIST•Milestone Pharmaceuticals enrolled the first European patient in its ReVeRA-301 Phase 3 trial of etripamil nasal spray for AFib-RVR. The study is ongoing and aims to include about 150 treated AFib-RVR events.
1. Trial enrollment begins
The ReVeRA-301 trial tests at-home, self-administered etripamil nasal spray to quickly lower heart rate and ease symptoms, with the aim of reducing reliance on hospital care. Milestone is pursuing a single-study sNDA pathway for AFib-RVR, using the same regimen as its FDA-approved PSVT product.
