Milestone Pharmaceuticals to present etripamil clinical data at cardiology conferences
MIST•Milestone Pharmaceuticals will present etripamil clinical data and trial updates at three cardiology conferences from October 22 through November 9, 2026.
1. Conference presentations
Presentations on October 22 will address etripamil’s minimal blood pressure effects in PSVT and Phase 3 trial design for atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular rate. A November 2 presentation will cover pooled efficacy, safety and test-dose tolerability findings for acute PSVT, and a November 7 presentation will examine use in RAPID study patients with recurrent PSVT after prior ablation.
2. Cardamyst approval
Cardamyst, Milestone Pharmaceuticals’ etripamil nasal spray, has FDA approval to restore sinus rhythm in adults experiencing acute symptomatic paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.
