The company also transitioned Benedetta I. Casamento to Executive Chair and restructured founder Len Osser’s advisory agreement to reinforce governance and strategic continuity.

These appointments aim to bolster corporate governance and support disciplined execution of strategic initiatives.
2. Executive Chair Transition
Benedetta I. Casamento moved from Chair of the Board to Executive Chair, working closely with management to drive strategic guidance and execution. This transition ensures leadership continuity while increasing engagement with operational objectives and long-term value creation.
3. Founder Advisory Agreement
The company restructured the agreement with founder Leonard Osser, aligning his continued advisory role with shareholder interests and providing greater operational flexibility. Osser will support strategic decision-making without the constraints of his previous contractual obligations.
