MIST•Cardamyst restored normal heart rhythm in 66.7% of patients with recurrent PSVT following catheter ablation, according to a Phase 3 RAPID subgroup analysis. Milestone said it will present the results on November 7, 2026.

Milestone Pharmaceuticals reported that Cardamyst nasal spray restored normal heart rhythm in patients with recurrent PSVT following catheter ablation. The subgroup results were consistent with the broader trial population, but the analysis was not powered to compare treatment groups.
2. Presentation planned
Milestone said the Phase 3 RAPID subgroup analysis will be presented at the AHA Scientific Sessions on November 7, 2026. Cardamyst is FDA-approved for adults experiencing acute symptomatic PSVT episodes and can be self-administered.
