Shares of office furniture firm MillerKnoll MLKN.O were up about 1% at $20.50.
The company beat first-quarter profit estimates, helped by roughly $10 million in tariff refunds from the U.S. government.
It reported first-quarter adjusted EPS of 53 cents, including an 11-cent benefit from the refunds, beating estimates, according to data compiled by LSEG.
Revenue misses expectations; outlook in line
MillerKnoll posted quarterly revenue of $923.4 million, below expectations of $943.3 million, hurt by softer-than-expected demand.
The company forecast fiscal 2027 net sales roughly in line with analysts' expectations.
The stock was up about 11% year to date as of the last close.
