MindWalk adds Kim Remizowski as independent director to board
HYFT•MindWalk appointed Kim Remizowski as an independent director, effective Sept. 29, 2026. He will join the audit, compensation, nomination and governance committees.
1. Board appointment
Remizowski will join MindWalk’s board as an independent director and serve on its audit, compensation, nomination and governance committees. He previously served as director of private equity at Vistra, overseeing governance for investment funds and holding structures, and held roles at Merrill Lynch Bank and Trust Company (Cayman) Ltd. and DMS Bank & Trust Ltd. He also spent 17 years at Royal Bank of Canada.
