MLYS•Mineralys said 46% of patients taking lorundrostat in the Phase 3 Launch-HTN trial reached a systolic blood pressure below 130 mmHg at week 12.
New analyses presented at the American Heart Association Hypertension Scientific Sessions 2026 showed that 46% of lorundrostat patients in the pivotal Launch-HTN trial reached an SBP target below 130 mmHg at week 12. The analysis also found that many difficult-to-treat hypertension patients reached guideline blood-pressure goals or achieved meaningful reductions.
In Phase 2 Explore-OSA results, lorundrostat reduced morning blood pressure in obese adults with sleep apnea but did not improve sleep-apnea severity measures. The study showed a favorable safety profile, with no signal of major potassium-related concerns.
