The awards were issued under the 2025 Employment Inducement Incentive Award Plan, with a vesting start date of Sept. 8, 2026.
- Stock options: vest over four years, with 25% vesting after one year and the remainder vesting monthly.
- Restricted stock units: vest over four years, with 25% vesting on each anniversary.
