Mineralys to present lorundrostat Explore-OSA hypertension trial data at AHA Hypertension Scientific Sessions 2026
MLYS•Mineralys said it will present clinical and preclinical lorundrostat data at the AHA Hypertension Scientific Sessions on Oct. 7-11, including findings from the Explore-OSA trial.
1. Planned presentations
A featured oral presentation will cover efficacy and safety in the Explore-OSA randomized crossover trial of people with obstructive sleep apnea and hypertension. Other presentations will include Launch-HTN analyses, preclinical findings on cardiorenal injury in a rat model, and research on real-world spironolactone use and adherence to mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists.
