Ming Shing CFO and Accounting Officer Resign, New CFO Appointed With 20 Years’ Experience
Pik Chun Lin and Chi Hei Tsoi have resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Ming Shing citing personal reasons and no disagreement. To Wa Yiu, age 43, with over 20 years’ experience in accounting, auditing and business management, has been named chief financial officer.
1. CFO and Chief Accounting Officer Resignation
Pik Chun Lin and Chi Hei Tsoi have stepped down from their roles as CFO and Chief Accounting Officer of Ming Shing, respectively, citing personal reasons and explicitly stating there was no disagreement with company management.
2. Appointment of To Wa Yiu as CFO
The board has appointed To Wa Yiu, age 43, as the new chief financial officer. Mr. Yiu brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing and business management, having held roles at Cornerstone Financial Holdings, DeTai New Energy Group, PacRay International and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
3. Role and Expected Contributions
With two decades in accounting, auditing and business management, Mr. Yiu will lead financial strategy, oversight and reporting, aiming to enhance financial controls and support Ming Shing’s growth in Hong Kong’s wet trades services sector.
