Shareholders backed a plan to change the company name to PMA Graphene Technology Group Inc., subject to Cayman Islands registrar approval.
Charter updates and implementation authority approved
Investors also adopted amended and restated memorandum and articles of association to reflect the name change, conditional on the name change approval.
Directors and officers were authorized to take actions needed to implement the name change and related charter updates.
Shareholders approved authority to adjourn the meeting if needed to secure sufficient support for the resolutions.
