MiniMed Group holds annual stockholder meeting
MMED•MiniMed held its annual stockholder meeting on Oct. 9, 2026, and stockholders adopted all matters presented.
1. Meeting results
Stockholders elected director nominees as Class I directors through the 2029 annual meeting, ratified PricewaterhouseCoopers as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2027, and backed annual advisory say-on-pay votes.
