MiniMed reported Q4 net sales of $837 million, a 15.6% increase as reported and 8.7% organic year-over-year, driven by international growth and launches of the Simplera and Instinct sensors. Full fiscal year net sales reached $3.102 billion, up 14.2% as reported and 8.0% organic, with worldwide new pumps sold of approximately 145,000 and a 66% CGM attachment rate.
2. Fiscal 2027 Guidance
For fiscal 2027, the company expects approximately 10% organic revenue growth, including a 1.0–1.5% benefit from an extra week, and an adjusted EBITDA margin of around 16% as it leverages new product launches such as MiniMed Flex and MiniMed Go Smart MDI.
3. Dual Glucose-Ketone Sensor Partnership
MiniMed extended its partnership with Abbott to commercialize integrated dual glucose-ketone sensors that fit existing MiniMed smart dosing systems. The sensors enable continuous glucose and ketone monitoring to detect rising ketones early, potentially preventing diabetic ketoacidosis, with CE Mark clearance achieved and FDA review pending.
