MNSO•HKEX filing shows buyback for cancellation
MINISO filed a next-day disclosure return showing a buyback of 3,317,600 ordinary shares for cancellation on Sept. 7.
The repurchase price ranged from HKD 18.51 to HKD 18.76 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 61.86 million.
Issued shares were unchanged at 1,214,041,449 as the repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled.
