MiNK Therapeutics reports preclinical data supporting AgenT-797 combination in colorectal cancer
INKT•MiNK Therapeutics reported preclinical findings that AgenT-797 enabled tumor-cell killing with botensilimab and balstilimab in a colorectal cancer liver-metastasis model resistant to the antibody combination alone. The findings are scheduled for presentation at SITC on Nov. 6-7, 2026, and support an ongoing Phase 2 trial.

MiNK Therapeutics said AgenT-797 enabled tumor-cell killing with botensilimab and balstilimab in a colorectal cancer liver-metastasis model that resisted the antibody combination alone. The findings support an ongoing Phase 2 combination trial in previously treated microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer with liver metastases and are scheduled for presentation at SITC on Nov. 6-7, 2026. The company also reported that AgenT-797 and MiNK-215 killed senescent breast cancer cells, while senescent lung fibroblasts resisted both therapies.
