Mint’s majority-owned Rice Robotics AGI signed a non-binding MOU with Edvance to distribute education robotics across the MENA region.
Edvance was named exclusive distributor in Morocco; it will be non-exclusive elsewhere in MENA, with expansion plans to be agreed market by market.
The MOU targets deployment of 3,000 units over 36 months; the first purchase order for 50 units is targeted by Nov. 30, 2026.
Rice Robotics AGI is to supply hardware and the education platform; Edvance is to handle distribution, curriculum services, marketing, sales, and customer coordination.
The parties aim to negotiate a definitive distribution and services agreement covering pricing, subscriptions, and service levels.
