Mint unit Axonex Robotics signs OEM supply and licensing deal with Ireland’s Centridex
MIMI•Mint majority-owned Axonex Robotics signed a two-year OEM supply and licensing deal with Ireland-based Centridex, with potential value of about EUR 3 million from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2028, including an initial EUR 450,000 order package.
1. Deal terms
Centridex will assemble and test Axonex robot kits in Ireland and distribute finished robots in Ireland and selected markets. Axonex will license its software and platform, including development of a Centridex-branded platform derived from its current model.
