Rice Robotics Hong Kong, a majority-owned unit of Mint, signed a non-exclusive framework cooperation agreement with Vengine.
The deal targets manufacturing scale-up via Vengine’s supply-chain network, with support spanning product development, production and distribution.
The agreement is non-binding, with no minimum purchase, volume, revenue or payment commitments. Any work requires separate statements of work; none have been executed.
