Mira Pharma reports positive 7-day dog toxicokinetic study results for obesity drug candidate SKNY-1

Mira Pharmaceuticals reported positive results from a 7-day repeated-dose Beagle dog study of SKNY-1, its oral obesity candidate designed to preserve lean body mass.

The results have already been presented, showing rapid absorption with systemic exposure that rose with dose, supporting confidence in dose selection.

The findings are intended to de-risk the planned GLP toxicology program, a key step toward IND-enabling development.
