Annual shareholder meeting set for Sept. 11

Mira Pharmaceuticals will hold its annual shareholder meeting online on Sept. 11, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on electing five directors to the board for one-year terms. The meeting will also seek ratification of Salberg & Company, P.A. as independent auditor for fiscal 2026.

A separate proposal would allow adjournment to solicit additional votes if needed to pass the director and auditor items.
