1. Planned presentations
Mirum Pharmaceuticals will present rare liver disease data at AASLD’s The Liver Meeting, November 5-9, 2026, in Denver. The presentations will include late-breaking Phase 3 AZURE-1 results on brelovitug monotherapy’s efficacy and safety in chronic hepatitis D.
2. Other clinical evidence
Longer-term brelovitug data show deepening virologic and biochemical responses with continued treatment, including in patients with cirrhosis. Phase 2b VISTAS analyses show volixibat improved itching in patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis without worsening inflammatory bowel disease activity. New clinical and real-world evidence will examine Livmarli treatment outcomes in Alagille syndrome and progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis.
