Calavo’s Jacksonville, Florida facility will shut, with workforce reductions tied to closures and California consolidation.
Expected charges include $1.4 million in severance, $8.6 million in accelerated depreciation, and $5.4 million in asset retirement obligations.
Lease termination costs were not estimated, with total restructuring costs not yet quantifiable.
