Proposal to buy free-float shares

Mitsui has teamed with Penske Corp. to submit a non-binding proposal to buy all free-float shares of Penske Automotive Group.

The bid was made by Mitsui and its U.S. unit alongside Penske Corp., acting for itself and its wholly owned Penske Automotive Holdings.
