1. Strategic Partnership Details

Mobile-health Network Solutions and Medpod Inc. have entered a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding to integrate MNDR’s AI-driven digital health ecosystem with Medpod’s high-fidelity telediagnostics technology. The partnership aims to enable higher-fidelity remote clinical delivery by combining AI-based analytics with structured diagnostic data from Medpod’s MobileDoc platform.

2. Integration Scope and Market Focus

The collaboration targets coordinated deployment across Southeast Asia, Africa and other emerging markets, with regulatory enablement and localization efforts in each jurisdiction. MNDR’s virtual clinic infrastructure will be integrated with Medpod’s portable telediagnostics carts to facilitate decentralized care in infrastructure-limited regions.

3. Pilot Deployments and Next Steps

Both companies plan initial pilot deployments in select regions before finalizing a definitive agreement, followed by strategic co-marketing and broader regional rollouts. MNDR anticipates the partnership will accelerate its goal of virtualizing up to 85% of face-to-face consultations through AI-enabled workflows.
