Mobileye Global Lowers Annual Revenue Forecast Below Estimates, Cites EV Production Slowdown

MBLYMBLY

Mobileye Global Inc. forecasted its annual revenue below Wall Street expectations, attributing the shortfall to slower electric-vehicle production dampening demand for its ADAS systems. The guidance signals potential headwinds for the company’s growth trajectory as automotive industry slowdowns persist.

1. Q4 2025 Financial Performance

Mobileye reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.06 for the quarter ended December 27, 2025, falling short of the consensus estimate of $0.24. Despite the earnings miss, revenue reached $446 million, exceeding the forecasted $431.85 million but representing a 9% year-over-year decline from $490 million in Q4 2024. The drop was driven by an 11% reduction in EyeQ system-on-chip volumes as Tier 1 customers normalized inventory levels. Non-GAAP operating margin narrowed to 9%, down from 21% a year earlier, while non-GAAP gross margin compressed by 176 basis points to 67%.

2. Fiscal Year 2026 Revenue Guidance

For the full year ending December 26, 2026, Mobileye projects revenue between $1.90 billion and $1.98 billion, eclipsing the analyst consensus of $1.87 billion and implying up to 5% growth over 2025’s $1.87 billion. Adjusted operating income is guided to a range of $170 million to $220 million, reflecting planned integration of the Mentee Robotics acquisition and continued investment in advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving systems. The guidance excludes forecasted non-cash share-based compensation and intangible amortization related to the acquisition until closing.

3. Analyst Sentiment and Price Target

Goldman Sachs has set a price target of $12, suggesting upside of approximately 14.18% from recent levels. The consensus analyst price target has trended higher over the past year, rising from an average of $17.55 to $18.25 last month, with top-tier firms such as Deutsche Bank assigning targets near $19. This optimism reflects Mobileye’s growing design-win pipeline—now estimated at $24.5 billion over eight years—a diversified customer base that includes follow-on ADAS contracts with all top-10 automakers, and expansion into new Surround ADAS programs expected to deploy the EyeQ6 High processor.
