Mobility Global approved one-time restricted stock unit awards valued at $1.25 million for CARFAX president Scott Fredericks and $1 million for Mobility Business Solutions president Joseph S. LaFeir.

1. Awards and vesting

The company approved the awards on October 21, 2026, under its 2026 Long Term Incentive Plan. Both are scheduled to be granted on December 1 and will vest in three equal annual installments over the following three years.
