Mobility Global Q2 FY26 net income drops 18% to $53 million; revenue rises 7% to $468 million

Mobility Global posted Q2 net income of $53 million, down 18% year-over-year; operating profit fell 15% to $82 million.
Revenue rose 7% to $468 million, led by an 8% gain in CARFAX to $312 million; B2B climbed 4% to $156 million.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) increased 7% to $202 million, holding a 43% margin.
Launch and outlook
Mobility Global launched as an independent public company on July 1, 2026, rolling out CARFAX Homegrown and CARFAX Showroom.
The company forecast full-year revenue of $1.87 billion-$1.89 billion and sees adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) of $745 million-$760 million with an adjusted margin of about 40%.
