Mobix Labs platform SPD signs business combination deal with Winner Water Services
MOBX•Special Project Delivery signed a business combination agreement dated Sept. 30, 2026, to merge with Winner Water Services. The companies expect closing alongside SPD’s combination with Mobix Labs, subject to shareholder votes and customary conditions.

Special Project Delivery signed an agreement to merge with Winner Water Services, which would join a national-security-focused platform being assembled with Mobix Labs under a prior definitive agreement. Winner, based in Sharon, Pennsylvania, targets rare earth recovery from coal ash impoundments using a proprietary metallurgical process. Over 10 years, Winner and its partners received $53 million in consecutive Department of Energy and Department of Defense awards.
