Mobix Labs says Vision Aerial drone acquisition to close in Q4 2026

Mobix Labs signed a definitive agreement to acquire drone maker Vision Aerial, expanding into American-built drones and autonomous systems.

Closing is expected in Q4 2026, subject to customary conditions including stockholder approval of share issuance.

Vision Aerial projects revenue growth of about 46% in 2026, followed by about 93% in 2027, driven by its Vulcan drone rollout.

Vision Aerial customers include the U.S. Navy and L3Harris, supporting demand in government, infrastructure, energy, and public-safety markets.
