Mobix Labs signs deal to acquire rare earth supply-chain platform Special Project Delivery in all-stock transaction

The deal adds upstream materials and infrastructure exposure to Mobix’s national-security platform, extending beyond defense and aerospace electronics.

Closing is targeted before the end of 2026, subject to Mobix stockholder approval and customary closing conditions.

Mobix Labs agreed to acquire Special Project Delivery in an all-stock deal capped at 4,800,000 common shares.

The target builds U.S. supply-chain infrastructure for rare earth elements, critical minerals, energy storage, energy, and water resilience.
