Moderna doses first patient in Phase 1 trial of mRNA-4200 cancer therapy in solid tumors
MRNA•Phase 1 trial begins
Moderna dosed the first U.S. participant in a Phase 1 trial of mRNA-4200, an off-the-shelf tumor-targeted cancer antigen therapy for solid tumors.
The study will assess the safety and tolerability of mRNA-4200 given with checkpoint inhibitor therapy in adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
mRNA-4200 encodes seven shared tumor antigens, aiming to induce and expand T-cell responses across multiple tumor types.
