Moderna publishes presentation on intismeran Phase 3 melanoma study
MRNA•Moderna published an ESMO investor presentation that included Phase 3 INTerpath-001 results showing a recurrence-free survival benefit for intismeran autogene plus pembrolizumab maintained through five years of follow-up.

The INTerpath-001 study compared intismeran autogene with pembrolizumab against pembrolizumab alone as adjuvant treatment for resected stage IIB-IV melanoma. Moderna's presentation reported that the recurrence-free survival benefit was maintained through five years of follow-up.
