Moderna publishes presentation on mRNA-3927 for propionic acidemia
MRNA•Moderna published its SSIEM 2026 presentation on investigational propionic acidemia treatment mRNA-3927, covering more than 50 cumulative patient-years of exposure. Of 20 participants, 17 entered the extension study and two discontinued treatment, including one because of an adverse event.
1. Study presentation
The presentation covers the PARAMOUNT Part 1 and extension studies of mRNA-3927. Doses of 0.45, 0.6 and 0.9 mg/kg will continue to be investigated based on the totality of available evidence.
