Modine adopts new executive severance plan

Modine adopted a new executive severance plan on October 21, 2026, replacing its Supplemental Severance Plan. CEO Neil D. Brinker’s regular severance is twice base salary plus target annual bonus, while change-in-control severance is three times salary plus the higher of target or three-year average bonus.
