Modine Launches Data Centers Segment, Names Art Laszlo President Effective April 1
Modine promoted Art Laszlo to President of its created Data Centers segment effective April 1, carving it out from the Climate Solutions unit led by Eric McGinnis until his retirement. The Data Centers business will be reported separately in Q1 fiscal 2027 results, while Performance Technologies awaits the Gentherm spin-off.

Modine has established a standalone Data Centers segment and appointed Art Laszlo as President effective April 1. Laszlo, who joined the company in 2022 and previously led Advanced Flow Solutions at IDEX, will oversee growth and profitability for critical cooling solutions tailored to global data center operators.

The newly formed Data Centers unit will be reported separately in first-quarter fiscal 2027 results, highlighting its strategic importance and expected contribution to overall revenue and margin expansion. This separation from Climate Solutions provides clearer visibility into segment performance and operational focus.
3. Performance Technologies Spin-Off Timeline
Modine’s Performance Technologies segment will continue as a separate reporting unit until its planned spin-off later this calendar year under the Gentherm transaction. Shareholders and analysts will monitor this divestiture to assess its impact on Modine’s capital structure and strategic direction.
