The company supported the pivot with over $100 million in capacity expansion, including a new Wisconsin plant.

3. Performance Technologies Spin-off and Outlook
Modine will spin off its Performance Technologies segment and merge it with Gentherm to sharpen focus on high-growth data center markets. Performance Technologies net sales declined 12% in fiscal 2025 while Climate Solutions rose 30%, underpinning the strategic realignment.
