Modine taps Art Laszlo to lead Data Centers after $640M segment revenue surge

Modine Manufacturing named Art Laszlo president of its newly created Data Centers division effective April 1 as that segment generated $640 million in fiscal 2025 revenue and grew to 25% of net sales. The company supported the pivot with over $100 million in capacity expansion, including a new Wisconsin plant.

Data center cooling generated $640 million in fiscal 2025 revenue and increased from 4% to 25% of net sales since 2021. The company invested over $100 million in capacity expansion, including a new manufacturing plant in Franklin, Wisconsin, and forecasts 50–70% revenue growth over the next two years.

3. Performance Technologies Spin-off and Outlook

Modine will spin off its Performance Technologies segment and merge it with Gentherm to sharpen focus on high-growth data center markets. Performance Technologies net sales declined 12% in fiscal 2025 while Climate Solutions rose 30%, underpinning the strategic realignment.
