Molecular Partners began dosing in a randomized Phase 2 TACTIC trial of MP0317 with frontline chemoimmunotherapy in advanced cholangiocarcinoma.

France-based study targets 75 patients in a 2-to-1 split, comparing MP0317 combination therapy against standard-of-care alone.

Nine sites are recruiting; data update targeted for 2027, trial completion expected in 2028.
