Part A of the MIRACLE trial enrolled 89 patients with relapsed or refractory AML. The cohort is expected to split roughly evenly between patients previously treated with intensive chemotherapy and those treated with venetoclax-based regimens.
2. Data expected in 2027
Moleculin expects the expanded dataset to clarify efficacy across the patient groups without changing the program’s timeline. Blinded trial data continue to show no cardiotoxicity signal; no new results were presented.
