Moleculin Biotech prices offering with warrants for 37,130,001 shares at $0.75 exercise price

Moleculin Biotech priced a $9.3 million best-efforts public offering bundled with Common Warrants to buy up to 37,130,001 shares.

Common Warrants become immediately exercisable at $0.75 per share, expiring five years from the initial exercise date. The offering includes 12,376,667 common shares or pre-funded warrants at a combined price of $0.75 with associated warrants.

Net proceeds are earmarked to advance Annamycin clinical development and support working capital. Closing is expected around Aug. 3, 2026.
