Moleculin completes dosing in Part A of pivotal Annamycin trial for AML
MBRX•Moleculin Biotech completed dosing in Part A of its Phase 2/3 MIRACLE trial of Annamycin plus cytarabine for relapsed or refractory AML. Comprehensive results are expected in the first quarter of 2027; blinded interim data continued to show no heart toxicity.
1. Trial dosing completed
Moleculin Biotech completed Part A dosing in the pivotal Phase 2/3 MIRACLE trial for adults with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia. The trial evaluates Annamycin combined with cytarabine, and comprehensive Part A results are expected in the first quarter of 2027.
2. Dose selection ahead
The findings will guide Annamycin dose selection for Part B. Blinded interim data continued to show no heart toxicity.
